STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

After an initial explosive growth trajectory, Lazarus Naturals had flattened in a growing market.  With thousands of new competitors they had to re-articulate their value proposition to differentiate meaningfully in the now crowded CBD category. 

CREATIVE SOLUTION

Upon review of industry consumer research and internal sales data it became very clear.  From the beginning Lazarus was about access & efficacy, with  2-3x higher potencies at affordable prices so all could benefit from CBD.  With the #1 consumer desire being “delivers intended effect” we truncated product line, redesigned and repositioned the brand for its second stage of growth.
